Before Shipping All Watches Are Checked Over Thoroughly Making Numerous Checks Before Shipping. We Maintain A High Standard For All Watches But In The Case Your Watch Is Faulty All Watches Are Covered By A 2 Year In House Warranty. Please See Below To Understand How We Have You Covered.
Damaged On Arrival
All Watches That Arrive Damaged Or Faulty Due To Being Damaged In Transit. Please Contact Us Immediately Within 7 Days And We Will Arrange Collection And Send A New One Right Away.
What Does My 2 Year Warranty Cover
We Cover All Mechanical Faults In Which Causes Your Watch To Stop Working Or Causing It To Function As Set Out In The User Manual. This Can Be In The Example Of Watches Not Keeping The Correct Time, Or Intermittent Spells Through Out The Day Or Watches Not Working At All. We Also Cover The Inner Workings Of The Watch Which Includes Number Batons And Dial (Date Functions,Decorative Stones Or Design). If Your Watch Unfortunately Does Come To Have One Of These Faults Then We Will Arrange For A Pre-Paid Return Label To Be Issued. Once We Receive Back We Will Inspect And Repair, If The Item Is Unable To Be Repaired Then We Shall Replace With A New Watch And Send Back To You Free Off Charge (Please Allow 7 Day's).If Your Watch Has Sustained Damage Not Covered In The List Below Then Your Watch Will Be Returned To You. (Postage Cost To Be Covered By Customer)
What The Warranty Does NOT Cover
- We Do Not Cover Wear And Tear From Everyday Use
- Water Damage Or Damage Caused By Not Following Water Resistance Guide Set In User Manual
- External Damage To Glass, Bezel, Straps, Clasp, Buttons, Crowns Or Gems And Stones Which Sit On The Outside
- Malicious Or Accidental Damage From The Result Of Work Or Everyday Use Including Dropping, Banging Or Snapping
- Link Removal Or Strap Removal If Damaged Is Caused From Trying to Add Or Remove Links Or Straps Your Self Or Any One Else. We Recommend Going To A Professional To Have This Alteration Done
- Tampering With Watch (Home Fixes Or Personal Modification)
